Questions, answered
Will it slow my store down?+
No — and this is the hill we die on. The widget is 2.9KB gzipped (10× lighter than the incumbents), loads async after your content, causes zero layout shift, and its data feed is edge-cached worldwide. If our script ever fails, it fails silently — it can never break your site.
Is the data real?+
Always. Popups show only events that actually happened — real orders, real signups, real reviews. Demo mode exists for previewing, and it's always visibly labeled “Demo”. We believe fake urgency destroys the trust you're trying to build.
How does the Shopify integration work?+
Connect your store in one click. We inject the widget automatically (no theme editing) and every new order becomes a recent-sale popup on its own — no manual work, ever.
What about GDPR?+
We store the shopper's first name and city — nothing else. No emails, no addresses, no payment data. Visitor counting uses a salted daily-rotating hash, never raw IPs. One toggle anonymizes further (“Someone in Austin”).
What does the free plan include?+
1,000 unique visitors per month, all basic widget types, unlimited sites, and full analytics — free forever, no card. Paid plans raise the visitor ceiling, remove our badge, and unlock every widget type.
What if I don't use Shopify?+
One script tag works on anything that lets you add custom code — WooCommerce, WordPress, BigCommerce, Webflow, Squarespace, Wix, Framer, or a custom stack. (Heads up: some site builders, like Wix, Squarespace, Webflow and Framer, only allow custom code on their paid plans.) Push events via our REST API, a Zapier webhook, or add them manually from the dashboard.
